Kathmandu-Daraz has officially announced the launch of its Daraz Future Leaders Program (DFLP) 2025, a group-wide management training initiative set to take place simultaneously across Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. The program is designed to identify and cultivate local talent with leadership potential, driving the e-commerce sector forward into the future.

The 15-month rotational program, which will begin in July 2025, aims to provide structured training across various key departments within the company. Participants will have the opportunity to work under the guidance of senior leadership and collaborate with both local and international strategic teams.

The program is open to recent graduates—those who have completed their studies within the last year—and who excel in academic performance and analytical skills. Daraz is looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and results-driven individuals with strong teamwork abilities, leadership potential, effective communication skills, and adaptability.

Applications for the program will open from 8th to 14th of Baishakh (April 21–27) and candidates can apply online through Daraz’s career page.

Through a rigorous selection process, Daraz will identify qualified young talents from universities across the region. The goal is to equip them with the skills, guidance, and hands-on experience needed to thrive in the fast-paced, technology-driven environment of e-commerce.

Participants who successfully complete the program will be offered long-term career development opportunities within Daraz, with potential leadership roles. High-performing candidates will also be rewarded with competitive compensation and incentives.
