TU Starts Online Form for Transcript and Provisional Certificates

Kathmandu — Tribhuvan University (TU) has officially launched an online system allowing students to apply for their transcript and provisional certificates digitally, starting Tuesday.

Students can now visit https://student.tuexam.edu.np/login and sign up using their registration number and date of birth. After creating a user ID and password, they can log in to fill out the required forms.

In addition to filling out the form online, students can also pay the required fees digitally, streamlining the entire process from application to payment.

Although TU had introduced an online service last year, it was temporarily halted due to technical issues. Now, the university is operating the system through its own internal server to ensure better stability.

“We’ve resumed the system internally to avoid the problems we faced with external servers,” said Pushparaj Joshi, Exam Controller of TU. He added, “If there are no errors in the online form, we are preparing to print the transcript within 24 hours.”

Joshi also shared that starting Jestha 15 (May 28), all services under the Examination Control Office will go fully online, with plans to expand the system to campuses affiliated with the university across the country.

This initiative marks a major step forward in TU’s digital transformation, aiming to make administrative processes faster, more accessible, and student-friendly.
