The Enterprise Version, made for growing or complex businesses, offers advanced features like reporting, VoIP integration, help desk support, and AI tools. Users can try one app for free, but using more apps will require a paid plan. Enterprise users also get regular updates, technical support, and cloud hosting via Odoo.sh or online servers.

Smarten Technologies has warned users to stay alert against fraud. Some individuals are falsely claiming to be official Odoo partners and selling free features for money. These scams often involve asking for payments outside Odoo.com, offering fake “lifetime licenses” at cheap prices, and not giving proper bills or licenses.

To stay safe, businesses are advised to always purchase Odoo licenses from Odoo.com or certified partners only. They should ask for verified quotations and bills and check the list of certified sellers online.
