Kathmandu – Nepal Telecom (NTC) has issued an urgent notice following the theft of recharge cards during the recent Gen Z nationwide protests on 2082/05/24. According to the company, unidentified individuals broke into the Gandaki Province Directorate Office building in Mahendrapul, Pokhara, vandalized property, and set a fire, resulting in the theft of a large number of recharge cards.
The stolen recharge cards include both Rs. 100 and Rs. 500 denominations. NTC has requested the public not to purchase or use recharge cards with the following serial numbers:

NTC has strongly urged individuals who come across these recharge cards to immediately report them to the nearest Nepal Telecom office or police station. The company has also clarified that these recharge cards will not be distributed or accepted for use.
