Kathmandu —  One of Nepal’s leading mobile service providers Ncell, has introduced a new customer care concept called “Shop-in-Shop.” The first outlet under this model was officially launched in Bhairahawa on Thursday.

This new service is a partnership with Ncell’s official retailer, New Lumbini A to Z Mobile, located in Mailawar, Bhairahawa. With this initiative, customers can now access all services available at Ncell Centres — such as buying SIM cards, recharging accounts, updating KYC, SIM ownership verification, switching to eSIM, renewing packages like “Always On,” and adjusting internet settings — right from the new outlet.

“This is just the beginning,” said Ncell’s spokesperson, adding that the company plans to expand Shop-in-Shop outlets to other parts of Nepal soon. “Our goal is to offer easier and more convenient service, staying true to our motto: We’re here for you.”

To celebrate the launch, Ncell hosted a “Spin & Win” game at the store, where customers won various gifts.

The shop will operate six days a week (Sunday to Friday). Ncell currently runs 33 customer service centers across the country, and the Shop-in-Shop model is part of their broader effort to bring services closer to the people.
